The Breathe to Rise™ Method blends strength training, breathwork and lifestyle practices, to ensure that you build from a foundation of strength, recover as intentionally as you train, giving your body the optimal environment and tools it needs to adapt, rebuild, and thrive.

 

 At the heart of the method is the belief that we feel and perform our best when we are in balance, particularly when we find that energy levels are not as dependable as they once were. Strength training and other forms of exercise are powerful tools, but they are actually stressors - positive stressors - but nonetheless they impact your energy levels. And they don’t exist in isolation. Your body also carries the invisible load of everyday life:

 • Caring for babies, raising children, or supporting teens

 • Balancing the demands of home and/or work life

 • Keeping a household running while juggling deadlines

 • Living with time pressures that leave little space for yourself

When these demands stack up, your body’s stress “budget” fills quickly.

During perimenopause, when estrogen and progesterone naturally fluctuate, your stress threshold can shrink, sleep can be disrupted, recovery can feel slower, and energy can swing from high to flat.
